I like the location of the property it is centrally located in Zurich walking distance to popular places around zurich close for shopping Near the tram and train station it is also near the Christmas markets around. I like how the staff are all very helpful from the welcoming team concierge front office interns who helped me during my stay. they were all very accomodating and was able to cater to all of my request. was traveling alone but they managed to make me feel home. to the concierge team very efficient and thanks for helping me for my lunch reservation it is very hard to book for a restaurant in Zurich so Manuel if I’m not mistaken helped me. though not only this but with a lot of things like shipment to my home town, nearest church and all. was very kind and helpful.

Every thing was perfect , it is historical beautiful hotel centrally located close to shopping street , the lake and tourist attractions. The staff are very professional at the reception , concierge and room service . They have very beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake at the hotel Gardens. The rooms are very nice good size well equipped . I stay many times in this hotel because it is the best hotel in Zurich in my opinion . I would like to thank Mr Germy at the concierge for his help and all the hotel staff because I had comfortable stay .

Breakfast, central location, warm and helpful staff, feeling like "at home" away from home. A sense of traditional hospitality rather than standardised guest care procedures. Expensive but it is worth every cent paid

Everything was exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful and caring. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable for a hotel as well as requested foam pillows. Additionally, there is an amazing 2* Michelin restaurant at the hotel.

I have had the good fortune to stay at some of the most exquisite hotels the world has to offer, but this place stands in a league of its own. I don't know that I have ever encountered such warm, helpful, and inviting staff anywhere. The only thing we didn't like about the stay was having to leave. We'll definitely be back.
